About the Workspace

This page is only accessible for those who have signed up. As a signed-up participant, you can access the workspace here and perform activities related to the FWEN Working Group.

Standard functions available in all workspaces include:

• Uploads: This function allows you to upload a wide range of files and assign them to different categories. You will retain ownership of uploaded files and will be able to overwrite or delete uploaded files as needed. Functions to update and delete files are accessible through Uploads.
• Show Files: This menu item displays list of selected files categories and provides access to these files.
• Comments: This function allows to view comments on a variable list of topics, and it also provides access to the function for writing comments. Currently, published comments cannot be updated or deleted.
• Request Category: Opening a new topic for Comments, this function can be used to submit a request to the adminstrator. After acceptance of the request, the new topic is available for comments.
• Contributors: This provides a list of the participants in the activity, including their roles.
• Update Profile: To change information about you or request other authorization, use this function.
• Sign Out: Allows you to sign out from the workspace.

In some workspaces, Meetings provides and overview of group meetings and gives access to meeting-specific pages.
